Information to the TCAP Partner Centre is restricted depending on your current agreement. If you have no current agreement to use TCAP you will not see most of the content on this site.

The first step towards gaining access is to click the Sign In button at the top right which redirect you to sign into TCAP, once you have signed in there and have a suitable account you will see a menu item called Help to the left, click that to be redirected back here automatically using the same email address you have used in TCAP.

Once you have signed in, if you have not automatically been detected as a customer, then please contact the team via noc@pingco.cloud or by using Submit a request on the top right and they will ensure you get the access that you require.
