Information to the TCAP Help Centre is restricted depending on your current agreement. If you have no current agreement to use TCAP you will not see most of the content on this site.

The first step towards gaining access is to click the Sign In button at the top right which redirect you to sign into TCAP, once you have signed in there and have a suitable account you will see a help link on the menu to the left:

Click that to be redirected back here automatically and signed in using TCAP.

Once you are signed in, if you have not automatically been detected as a customer, then please contact your support team and they will ensure you get the access that you are approved for:
